更新小程序图标组件，替换传统 emoji 为 iconfont 字体图标，提升视觉一致性。调整多个页面以使用新图标组件，优化用户界面体验。修复开发环境的 API 地址配置，并启用 URL 检查以增强安全性。删除不再使用的 iconfont CSS 文件，改为动态加载字体。增加动态加载 iconfont 的逻辑，确保在小程序中正确显示图标。
